Villa René Lalique was originally built by founder of LALIQUE, René Lalique in 1920. Steeped in history, the Villa was home to René and his family during their stays in Alsace where the LALIQUE factory has been located since 1921. Under the direction of Silvio Denz, Chairman & CEO of LALIQUE, it has been transformed into a sumptuous, ultra-luxurious hotel, restaurant and wine cellar, home to one of the finest wine collections in Europe holding more than 20,000 bottles. A showcase for LALIQUE’s craftsmanship and flair, Villa René Lalique is a heartfelt tribute to French Art de Vivre. The décor of the entire hotel including the six suites was designed by international interior designers, Lady Tina Green & Pietro Mingarelli in Art Déco style while the restaurant and wine cellar were designed by renowned Swiss architect, Mario Botta. Three star Michelin Chef Jean-Georges Klein presides over the restaurant alongside award-winning Head Sommelier Romain Iltis. Villa René Lalique belongs to the prestigious Relais & Chateaux Collection.
