Nestled in the enchanting Umbrian hills, Italy’s largest organic olive grove boasting 500,000 olive trees, Terre del Papa, transports the essence of the Mediterranean diet directly to your daily skincare routine through its beauty brand, Olivella, created in 2005.  Olivella hosted a press event of discovery and networking at Palma Restaurant in the heart of NYC’s West Village to immerse editors into their universe of both food and beauty.  Guests enjoyed learning about the rich history of the Terre del Papa hectares by third generation owner, Giorgio Del Papa, who also treated the editors to a rare olive oil tasting using their award-winning vintages.  Co-owner Lucrezia Del Papa introduced Olivella’s new OLITOX Lift, a revolutionary face oil that is blended to instantly awaken your skin to its ultimate radiance.  She also conducted a fun and immersive Master Class to create custom body oils featuring a range of hypnotic fragrances from the Del Papa olive fields as well as scents throughout Italy.  Press enjoyed delicious appetizers and Italian specialty cocktails before indulging in pistachio for dinner latte ice cream with the Del Papa olive oil drizzled on top.  Guests stayed late into the eventing enjoying the warm, familial atmosphere and music before leaving with gift bags of Olivella beauty products and bottles of olive oil.
